About the
Project

A contemporary two-storey single-family home, harmoniously integrated into a generous and meticulously landscaped setting.

The building has a clear, cubic form defined by a restrained, modern design language. A flat or very low-pitched roof with a subtle roof edge emphasizes the horizontal proportions. The facade is finished in light, almost white plaster, contrasted by dark-framed, large-scale windows, creating a precise and timeless appearance.

The
Result

At the center of the composition is a double-height, fully glazed entrance zone, which gives the house a strong sense of symmetry and a representative presence. On both sides, the upper floor features slender balconies with delicate metal railings, adding rhythm and lightness to the facade.

The large windows and floor-to-ceiling glazing establish a strong visual connection between interior and exterior. They allow abundant daylight into the building and suggest an open, contemporary interior layout. Transparency and openness are key architectural themes.

The house is embedded in a well-maintained garden with lawns, shrubs, and tall, loosely arranged trees. The lush greenery forms a deliberate contrast to the building’s clear geometry. Warm, low-angle sunlight accentuates edges, recesses, and volumes, enhancing the three-dimensional quality of the architecture.
