About the
Project
The modern, multi-storey residential building is gracefully positioned on a sloped site.
Its architectural expression is clear, functional, and contemporary, conveying a sense of calm confidence. The design prioritizes natural light, panoramic views, and privacy, creating a harmonious balance between the building’s presence and its surrounding landscape.

The
Result
The house is positioned on a solid base that responds to the sloping terrain. A natural stone retaining wall defines the transition between the building and the landscape. Above this, terraces, hedges, and planted areas step up the slope, anchoring the building within its setting.
Overall, the building conveys a contemporary residential design focused on functionality, spatial quality, and integration with the surrounding landscape. The architecture is clear and restrained, balancing solid construction with transparency and openness.
It feels modern, rational, and enduring, without unnecessary formal gestures.
