The
Result

The facade is clad in fiber cement boards, selected for their durability, low maintenance, and contemporary aesthetic. This material provides sleek, uniform surfaces while accommodating subtle textures and tonal variations that enhance depth and visual interest. Symmetrically arranged windows articulate the façade rhythmically, complemented by restrained detailing around openings, achieving a refined balance between modernity and timeless residential elegance. Ground-level entrances face the square, fostering a human-centered connection between public and private realms

Thoughtfully integrated into its urban context, the building respects the scale, rhythm, and materiality of neighboring structures while introducing a modern architectural vocabulary that enriches the streetscape. The flat roof, with potential for rooftop programming, enhances urban livability and provides visual interest from multiple perspectives. Ground-level engagement supports pedestrian interaction and community, while surrounding greenery and open square areas improve natural light, ventilation, and overall urban quality.
